Needs

Realising the concept of "need" is illusory.

In my least dual state, there are no needs.

If "need" is used, give the need context, to ensure the communication is less untruthful. For example:

"So that I can visit on Saturday, I need a means of getting there".

Relinquish the notion of emotional needs. Emotional needs are actually ego wants.

Needs are more burdensome than wants, for they are considered by the mind essential. "I need space" can be replaced with "I want space", and then "space is wanted", and so on, until one sees that the want for space is the barrier to peace.

Instead of "I need a hug", "I would like to hug" can be used, so as to not elicit or compound feelings of smallness.

"I would like a coffee" or "I am imagining enjoying drinking a coffee" or "Mmmm coffee" is less untruthful than "I need a coffee".

The using of ever less untruthful concepts to understand and communicate experience can be enlightening.
